At Axitem designs, we are committed to providing you with high-quality digital content. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it pertains to the digital nature of our products.

1. General Conditions

Due to the customized nature of graphic design and architectural design services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds or exchanges are not offered after project initiation, except in specific cases as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Valid Reasons for a Refund

We will consider a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

• The digital file is proven to be corrupt or unreadable.
• The product description on our website was fundamentally misleading or inaccurate.
• You were double-charged for the same item due to a processing error.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Please email us at Support@axitemdesigns.com and include:

• Your order number.
• The title of the product.
• A detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing.
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation of the problem.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

• Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
• Products that have been downloaded successfully and are free of technical issues.
• Items bought during a promotional sale with a specific "no refund" policy.
• Customer dissatisfaction with the content or style of the book after it has been downloaded.
